i HATE people who are on their phones at the gym. it's one of the reasons i love crossfit. there's none of that nonsense there. no phones. no idiots glammed up with makeup while working out.

but there is a decent amount of grunting and weight dropping. myself included ;)

There are a couple of dandy gym-mates there, Friend. I am always amused by the work-crew who arrive at 3:40 after a hard-day of "manual labor" for which work rules basically prohibit their employer from asking any chore of them which might induce a sweat. But they'll pay to "sweat it out" after the work-day.

I really hate when people talk REALLY LOUD in general. I can see how annoying that would be at the gym. Love the whistling!! Don't know how you didn't start laughing when he got up in his tight shorts haha.
