<<<<See those initials? The stand for The Walking Man. Even before my 17th surgery I had no reason to run jog or even walk a longer pace than my legs wanted to stretch.

I did (honestly) walk 15 miles three days after my first spinal fusion that was all I needed to do to cross all unnecessary mobility ideas off my bucket list.

But Jenny Mac, you do realize that the accomplishment is not the finishing or even the starting but rather the idea of doing it without KNOWING that you could.

I bow down to you.. I could never picture myself running anywhere let alone 13 miles simply because I have boobs that would be ready to drop off after a mile run let alone 13. I would have busted a gut at a grown man in Eeyore and then been concerned he was some kind of perv and umm yeah you ever seen the episode of CSI where they find the guy in the road dead in a raccoon costume.. look it up.
