Greek Yogurt Hummus1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained/rinsed.
Put into your food processor and add:
2 tsp cumin
1 T lemon juice
1/3 c. plain Greek yogurt
2 splashes of good olive oil
Blend. Add 1/4 c. water to smooth it out.
Salt and pepper to taste. You can also add more cumin and lemon juice to taste as well. Delicious!
