I have family in town, great plans to see more family and friends, a smashing new book to read, delicious vittles lined up for our holiday menus, and a child that is viewing the holidays with the awe and wonder that only a child can. Enjoy your days wherever and however you are celebrating. See you Sunday.
Merry Christmas JennyMac. Enjoy the time with friends and family. Big hugs and a toast to you.

Thanks Jenny Mac! It has been a blessing to find your blog this past year, you always make my day! I hope that you and your family have a joyous Christmas and a wonderful New Year. Kathy
ReplyDeleteHappy Holidays to you and yours. And I'd like to raise a glass to that childlike magical feeling that Christmas brings about. I just asked my son (who's 11) last week if this time of year felt magical to him. Unfortunately he had no clue as to what I was referring, so I guess I'll have to try to hang on to the mystical aura as tightly as possible. Hopefully your child will always feel it!

ReplyDeleteWell said. Parents with young children who believe in the magic of the holidays are fortunate to be able to see the holidays through their child's eyes. Christmas will be different I believe for us when my youngest stops believing in Santa.
